Private and Group Classes
50 Minute Private or Group Classes. Some of the dances that we teach are: Salsa, Cha Cha, Rumba, Samba, Merengue, Tango, Waltz, Foxtrot and Swing. No experience necessary. Beginners welcome! Learn to dance for fun and recreation, self expression or competition. We can design a custom class curriculum just for you! Let us create your special Wedding dance or help you to develop the ability to get up and dance at a social gathering or party. Everyone can dance!

This user friendly, joy based movement practice combines dance, yoga, chakras (the body's energy centers) and world music in a kind, welcoming atmosphere where safety and comfort are key. Anyone can do it! Even if you have never done yoga or been on a dance floor. You can even do it in a chair if your movement is restricted. Everyone is a dancer and can benefit from this experience!
