Am I too old, overweight, stiff and inflexible to do Yoga?
No! Yoga is for everyone! All fitness levels and ages are welcome. You begin from where you are and work to achieve your own personal fitness and wellness goals. It is your practice. We are here to assist and guide you to where you want to be.
What is you teaching style?
My Yoga classes incorporate the best of what I have learned from Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga, Ascension Yoga, Trapeze Yoga, Chakra Yoga, Gravity Yoga, Let Your Yoga Dance, Dance, Pilates, Integrated Awareness, Cortical Field Re-Education and the Feldenkrais Method. Practicing slow, conscious, safe, mindful movement that will re-train your brain and body to move with pain free ease while increasing and improving your range of motion, strength, flexibility and posture. Focus is on understanding fully integrated body motion, the brains role in movement, meditation and breathing techniques.
